The Horus Group provides consulting and training services in all areas of investigations (including interviews and interrogation), defensive use of firearms, law enforcement training, explosive device threat mitigation, and security (both physical and digital).  

We specialize in the review and rewrite of policy in order to better align internal practices with current organizational goals and industry best practices.  As part of such efforts, we will review current corporate policies and conduct extensive interviews with policy actors and stakeholders at all relevant levels of the client organization.  When necessary, we will conduct site surveys at all locations impacted by the policies under review.  We can create training curricula based on the resultant policies and present that training to affected staff, via both lecture and experiential training methodologies, all based on client needs.

With our extensive knowledge, training and experience, we are also available to provide expert opinion, as well as case review and litigation support regarding investigations, in both civil and criminal matters.  Fee sheets and CVs are available upon request.
